Once you have a design completed, Garden Heights is happy to provide you with a detailed estimate to perform the work. We provide the property owner with an estimate that is broken out by logical projects that can be added in, or subtracted from the overall project.
Unlike many contractors who may try to give you a single aggregated quote with no details, Garden Heights will show you exactly what you’re getting for your money. We also detail the type of materials we will use in your property, so you know up-front that we’re using the highest quality products.
Once we’ve agreed on the estimate and the scope of your project, Garden Heights will draft a detailed contract to begin work. Our contracts spell-out as much detail as possible: from the payment schedule to how clean your property will be when we’re not on the jobsite.
